Currently, I am the Musical Director for the Heritage Youth Symphony. I played with the Idaho Falls Symphony for a season but settled on playing with the Rexburg Tabernacle Orchestra where, at times, I have sat as principal cellist. One of my greatest musical experiences was taking cello lessons from the gifted Virginia Cockrum. She shared stories about her experience in the New York Metropolitan Opera Orchestra where she played for decades. Recently, I retired from teaching orchestra in the Sugar-Salem School District where I developed the program. It was a passion for 20 years. Above all, I love being the mother of eight unique and artistic children. My husband, Kent, and I enjoy being the grandparents of six beautiful and energetic grandchildren and look forward to more joining our family through the year! This year I started a podcast called "The White Rabbit's - Come, Follow Me."
